Roles & Responsibilities
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Demonstrated knowledge of google Ads and Facebook Ads
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Skills Required
· Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Google Ads Manager or a similar role
· Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
· Demonstrated knowledge of Display Ads, Search Ads, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize
· Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
